  • Top or bottom?

    I am interested in knowing if you use the top rack or the bottom rack of your YS640, 480 and even the 1500 (even though it works a little differently) more and why?

    Usually use the bottom for singe type cooks. When I do smoked salmon, I use the top.

    The bottom right above the plate is pretty warm, so if you are looking for very even cooking use the top rack. Of course when you are doing 7 pork butts, you use every inch you can find on a 640, hehe.
