I brought the stuff with to make a full on Seafood Paella for the cooks... but they cancelled the pot luck, and did not do the social thing, so I built it for the lions club and sold it to people for lions club havabucks.

The mussels are New Zealand Green Lip mussels.

There is also 20 pounds (shucked weight) of Pacific Oysters.

There is 5 pounds of U18-21 shrimp.

Fish stock... Oyster Likker.....

Bomba Rice and one full ounce of Spanish Imported Grade one Saffron.

I know what you want to know... it cost me $425 to put the thing together to give away. But it was worth every penny to get to explain the Nationl Dish of Spain to people and answer their questions, and raise the money for the lions club.

Some day I plan to do one in the parking lot for a Nascar Race!
