  • 1st STUFZ = SUCCESS!

    Guys,

I got a STUFZ as a gift last week, and we tried it out tonight.

My wife made the burgers and I grilled them. Stuffed with sauteed onions & mushrooms, and Feta cheese.

Little burgers on the grill are "Mini Juicy Lucy's" for the kids.

    Thanks for looking!

    Todd

We make mini stuffed burgers for the kids. They are just 2 small thin patties with cheese in the middle and then formed by hand. We've been doing this since I was a kid.

The STUFZ burger press is cool and really easy to use.

I can see making "Mini Fatties" with this gadget!!!

Nice job Todd, I'd of used the 6X6 with a half of row on this one.

Good looking Todd! I used mine for the first time last night, I did them in the oven because it was pouring down rain here all day yesterday. How long did they take you, I found mine took forever! They came out awesome and are definitely keepers, I just had dinner pushed back considerably because of how long they took. I over stuffed two of them too, lost some cheese. I see lots of fun uses for this in the future!

I've got a burger press I use about twice a year for fairly big batches.
This looks like more fun, also looks pretty easy to use.

I presume it presses out the lids as well ?

If you're talking about clingfilm to stop the meat sticking to the inside of the press.

I stopped usind wax discs and clingfilm. Now I just roll the meat to be squashed in seasoned breadcrumbs. Stops it sticking, helps hold the surface together and gives a barely noticeable crust on the burger itself. Don't see why that shouldn't work for this as well :-)
