    Rich is right. Chix was done on the BDS (as always). Didnt do anything differently except after saucing the chix, we put it in the Lang to set (Lang runs at a lower temp than the BDS and the chix was ahead of schedule). For the chix, used a chunk of apple and cherry.

    Not complaining about the chix, just a little peeved on our scores for the pork and butts. Oh well, thats part of comp Q'in. Gotta live with it and go from there. And as always, the best part is seeing everyone again!
