Thanks Becky! Had the pleasure of meeting your old man the other day. Said you told him to stop in if ever in the area. Cool dude and he seemed to be happy with the Q!

A few more weeks and the parking lot at Lockhart's will be rolling some smoke. If you are in the area stop on out and eat some treats.

                    Hahaha...typed weeks meant days. :-)

You need a trailer full of wood to cook ribs?

I guess I'm just not used to the Lang yet. "WHat...more wood???"

I could run the WSM for a month straight on the lumber the Lang takes for a butt...

But the flavor... is better. I admit it.

                          Kick some butt.
Just because you welded some shit together doesnt make it a WSM.

Well... not so good folks. Kinda thought I had a run with the Chef's choice... sausage however ya wanted...I stuffed onions and made some decent ABT's. And a fatty. But the dang fatty was at like 163° at turn in time... no..I din't turn that in. Too bad - it was good.

Ribs were good, but looked like crap. The things came in a 3 cryo, and I swear half the tip was left on every slab. During slicing the bottoms were just kinda ripping off... and believe me - the knife was sharp. Ah well... I think Bubba will post actual scoring at some point soon.

Was nice to have 1Cavman (Rich) there to lend a hand...

Bummer, kinda sounds like the $1.89 ribs I just seen today at GFS. I passed on the purchase. Was a chilly day today for all that metal. Hiya Cav.
