what kind of smoker & where abouts in Mn.? i lived in wayzata & bloomington for a bit.

a trick we use for cold smoking or low heat is to take a 3# coffee can w/ holes in the bottom or bbq grill wok & a wood chunk & briquettes(each briq= around 15 degrees of heat) i use 8-15 plus a chunk of bagged chunk wood to smoke @ 80-100 degrees-depends on the temp outside.
    brink vertical charcoal(the carp)
    18" old smokey charcoal grill/smoker
    cast iron Hibachi
    22" Kettle w/ "Smoke-EZ" styled riser extension
    & rotisserator
12x7 wells cargo vending trailer(mods in progress)
stuffer, slicer & more carp than i can fit in it...
Marshall amps & various awesome guitars,drums,P.A.,etc.recording studio.....
