    Just saying hello :)

    I started smoking this summer with my 18.5" weber smokey mountain.

    I've successfully smoked chicken, baby back ribs, spare ribs pork butt and brisket, but I'm still learning.

    I'm hoping to build a UDS soon so I can have more cooking potential.
