    I am currently using a Cookshack Amerique for my smoking pleasure. I have an excellent recipe for smoked salmon, a good recipe for pork shoulders, but am still working on briskets. Some day....maybe!

    Everybody, Jim is the man when it comes to kabobs.... very tasty, in fact mouth watering! and his pheasant soup is a beg for recipe...

                Nice to have you here.
                Lang 36 Patio, a few Webers, 2 Eggs, plenty of gadgets and a MES 40 Gen 2.5 electric for bacon and sausage.
                My best asset however is the inspiration from the members on this forum.
