Mike... I'm not sure exactly what a "coonass" is... but some folks seem to be offended by the term?

Of course, I refer to "Dagos" and "Hunkies" which are also considered such... but perhaps like you, I am entitled, being both.

Rich, I don't think it is derrogatory...just a slang term for a louisiana cajun I think.

The VacMaster VP112 is a chamber sealer and has the same engine as the VP210, but is $300 less. It is less than $650:

My name is Lisa and I own Vacuum Sealers Unlimited. I sell vacuum sealing equipment and supplies to smokers, hunters, fisherman, etc. Our bags and rolls are better than FoodSaver and are 50% less.

When I'm not working, I'm always looking for great barbecue. I am also looking for a good smoker for home use, so I'd love to get some recommendations.

Lisa, to the forum. If you’re looking for ease of use, high build quality, high quality in your BBQ and the best warranty in the industry... Oh and "Made in America"... Yoder baby! The Yoder YS640 Pellet smoker is the most versatile cookers I have cooked on. Dry & smoke Jerky @ 165, slow cook Brisket @ 200, Ribs & butts @ 230, Bake @ 350, Pizza, burgers & steak @ 500. I cooked on the Traeger, Danson’s country smoker WH-1340 their comp unit. Neither are in the ball park as the Yoder. http://www.smokingpit.com/Info/Yoder-YS640-Review.htm

I have been cooking on the Yoder ys640 for close to 1.5 years now and loved it so much I took on their Wichita offset wood pit as well. Nothing like putting 4 butts on the YS640 at 11 PM at night, filling the hopper, setting the controller to 240 and going to bed. It's on auto pilot. I wake up to an amazing smelling neighborhood!

BTW - I do HD video equipment reviews
Smoke it.. and they will come!
