  • Stromboli and a Margarita Pizza

Not sure if I have ever posted my Stromboli or not so here it is.

I do a pizza dough, let rest for two days. Roll it out to about 15 x 20 and then put down the cheese (10 oz) and then pepperoni.

Then roll up like a jelly roll and let rest for a hour.

Brush with melted butter and milk.

bake in the oven at 375 until golden brown. Then brush with garlic butter

    And for the money...

then for the pie... have some great Cherokee Purple tomatoes and fresh basil so I made a Margarita pizza.

I just love making this pizza with all the garden fresh ingredients!!

    Thanks for looking!!

OMG, Brian!!! You are the Stromboli & Pizza Man!!

                    They both look Fantastic!!!-----------

Like Jeanie, I don't know which I want first, but since the Stromboli stays hot longer, I'd have to go for the Pizza first-----Then right to the Stromboli!!

That would be my plan, if you didn't live so far away!!
