  • Last Nights Dinner

My wife wanted the kitchen last night. "And keep that damn camera outta here"

She made some breaded loin chops, pork gravy, french style green beans and mashed potatos (she let me mash the potatos).

I did manage to sneak in and add some Tatonka Dust to sour cream. Put a dollop on some pickeled eggs and beets.

    One pic of my plate

                Good looking weeknight meal.

never heard of putting sour cream on pickled eggs and beets though! When we make french style green beans, we almost always make them sweet & sour style...love em'. And love breaded pork chops!

Don't normally do that. Like them with ranch. No ranch so I added the Tatonka Dust to the sour cream. Very tasty.

Never even heard of ranch! We just salt and maybe pepper them. Have to try it sometime. Pickled eggs abundant round here usually...
