I have a Stumps Baby. Problem I have is I can't seem to get enough smoke into the cook chamber to give my meat that good smokey flavor. I'm wondering if anyone has ignited wood chunks and placed them directly in the cook chamber and if so, did it add any smoke flavor to the meat??
It seems most verticals have this problem and there has to be a way to get more smoke flavor into the meat.
