Sorry all, I haven't posted for quite some time - life just seemed to get in the way. I am still giving the Yoder a workout once in a while and will try to do a bit better. One of my biggest successes was smoke salmon. I used Bearcarvers recipe/tutorial; a big thank-you to him for that. I was told by some it was the best they ever had.
