  • Canadian lobster, cucumbers from the garden, and Grilled Nectarine desserts

So we got these lobster tails, says they are a product of canada. I split the tails using a poultry shears. Removed the vein which runs though the back just like in a shrimp. Seasoned with some ground pepper/garlic mix from a grinder and added a couple teaspoons clarified butter with fresh dill and italian parsley from the garden.

When I split the tail I tried spreading the split some to get that vein out and to put the seasoning on I cracked the shell up in a few places on some.

    Done

Just the lobsters, fresh cucumbers, some of the first of the year. late spring and got garden in late everything running way behind. served with some quick clarified butter(melted in microwave and strained thru a napkin.

After eating, the grill was still hot and we had these super sweet nectarines. just halved them, removed the pit, and put a little butter on and put on the grill.

After a few minutes flipped them over and let them go another couple minutes. The skin will slide right off after this.

Version 1.0, Hot nectarine halves and vanilla ice cream.

Version 2.0, diced up the nectarine, added some blueberries, and some raspberries(smooshed and added sugar to taste), we got from neighbor.

I really liked the grilled nectarines with the ice cream. The grilling really makes them go good with the ice cream. Thanks for checking in!

Nice meal E. I prefer the nectarines over peaches on the grill. Plums are great too.

Thanks Rob, figgered in the shell might equal better flavor and keep from drying out too much...
