    Only one remedy...CHILI!

    Friggin’ HOT chili.
    I got about 1.5 pounds beef and a couple poke butt bones and some bacon ends.
    4 FAT Japs, some chip powder from Kyote (mMmm!) and well..if that don;t do it..the Smitty’s comes out.

    Yes..beans

    Anyone else use a bit-o-red wine in theirs?

    And yes, I do use either a cab or merlot in me chili. Grate addition.

                    we cold here in panama city...wind chill 18° right now with a hard freeze... had sleet this morning......i ain't sayin nuthin about you folks that live in this $hit...sunday back in the hi 60's low 70's Chili...think i'll jack some up for a chili cheese dog...mustard & onyuns...rinsed down with a Natty!

                        Yup---Chili's a good idea!!

                        Stayed exactly 21° here from 9 AM until now 4 PM.

                        Got 6" over night last night.

                        Can't wait for those 40s° over the weekend!!

                          Does anyone else use unsweetened cocoa in their chili recipes? I use it in my chicken and black bean chili and it really kicks it up a notch. I've seen it used in chili cookoffs and it does add that unique twist. Was going to make some this weekend but with the temps climbing back up to the 70's time for shorts, cold bud, and a hot grill. Thank you baby Jesus!
