    All I can say is, I want you planning my next party. Outstanding!

    Lang 36 Patio, a few Webers, 2 Eggs, plenty of gadgets and a MES 40 Gen 2.5 electric for bacon and sausage.
    My best asset however is the inspiration from the members on this forum.

            I was gonna say nice job on all the different flavors. but then I thought Godammit you bastard for not contacting me. I'm an hour from I35 and could have ben there by dinner. I can sleep in the truck and be back in the house for breakfast. So pissed that I am sitting in a drive thru right now....

                Been away at my oldest daughter's graduation at Rutgers up in north Jersey. Got her Masters! YAY!

                Craiger, that looks fabulous! Dammit man! Glad you had a good thyme with yer baby. Looks like everyone had to eat well for sure!

                    No Becky I didnt...For a batch this big I wasn't sure that would be enough...It's still in the freezer waiting for a "special" batch...I think I'm liking this Pasole thing as much as any chili...

                      If you can find dry hominy its much better than canned, that stuff is to mushy for me.
