Portabella and quail egg pizza

looks like eggs are cooked perfect! You definitely don't want to turn your back on them. Now, settle something between the wife and I. She won't eat them, claims they are different than a chicken egg. I think taste is very similar with a bit more richness to them and bite size.sigpic

Outstanding cook
I haven't had quail or duck eggs in over 30 years, if memory serves me right the quail eggs tasted a little richer and my GrandMa swore by duck eggs for baking.
I found out that a guy from the gun club I belong to that raises quail and sells the eggs for $2 a dozen. Is that a good price???Jim
