    Those Keg cookers are real nice. First seen one last fall at a BBQ contest. Quite impressive. Nice cook-up there!

        They sure do look good. Never been a fan of sheep in any form. Both times I tried it, it left a tallowy (candlewax) taste behind. Every time I see one of these posts, I'm tempted to try it again.

            In my limited experience... one has to cook them to med rare at most. Rare even. The well rendered fat will add that tallow to the flavor. But if not overdone..I have enjoyed the cut a few times.
