    In the next couple of weeks I am going to try a 30ish pound pig. I am looking for suggestions. Thanks ahead of time.

      I’ll suggest pulling the loins at 140. They don’t make great pulled pork..which is what the rest of it will end up being. Unless you part it out over time.
