Ok guys and gals.............. I messed up. Halves where done in just over 1 1/2 hrs at 300* - 325*. And................... I forgot to take a pic
But, I would bet ya'll know what a cooked turkey looks like. Really good mahogany color, and not much skin shrinkage.
