  • Quail eggs!

    Got this package in the mail today
    Ryan set me up with five dozen quail eggs...Hell yeah!


    Only a couple casualties in shipping...Surprising considering how packages are treated in the mail...Excellent packaging Ryan!

    I have already searched some recipe/ideas and cant wait to try them out...

          Glad the majority made it. First time shipping them. Wish I could of got you all big eggs but I wanted to ship Thurs. I think the smaller ones(from young layers)were around 11.5g the rest should be 13-16g. Can't wait to see what you come up with. I'm hitting up the Asian market tomorrow and getting some sort of powder(forget the name) and then I'll be making kwek kwek an Asian street food of deep fried eggs.

            Kwek kwek is one of the recipes that got my attention...

                          I just searched quail eggs on Craigslist in Tulsa, a few hits came up. One guy is dirt cheap selling $1 a dozen.
