  • It's Friday night...It's above freezing...But not for long...

So what's a guy to do other than fire up the grill

Of course we start with bacon

Then 1/3# burgers from ground chuck...

Several layers of smoked Swiss cheese...

Burgers out and mushrooms in...ICEMAN's favorite

Made a real simple sauce with the cooked shrooms...

And made it into the house just as the north winds picked up and the temperature started to dive...

A warm and tasty supper...Bacon mushroom swiss burger and green beans

Well that might be the end of my outdoor adventures for a while...
Well at least till I get hungry again...

    Thanks for looking
    Craig

Nothing but envy here, WAY too cold and windy around here to cook outside. That looks SO good too.
Lang 36 Patio, a few Webers, 2 Eggs, plenty of gadgets and a MES 40 Gen 2.5 electric for bacon and sausage.
My best asset however is the inspiration from the members on this forum.
