Hi fellow smokers....I was just wondering if Kingsford Charcoal will go on sale again around Labor Day, like it was during the Memorial Day and 4th of July holidays?
It usually does. Watch Home depot and Lowes for ads.
Yep, and sometimes even Walmart will have a deal.
Lang 36 Patio, a few Webers, 2 Eggs, plenty of gadgets and a MES 40 Gen 2.5 electric for bacon and sausage.
My best asset however is the inspiration from the members on this forum.
Right now 8# bags of RO Lump are $4.99, 16# bags of RO briqs are $6.49, 16# bags of RO Hickory briqs are $7.99 through Labor Day at Menards here in the Upper Midwest. There is an added 11% rebate (in-store credit only) on anything you buy over the same timeframe... so in effect the prices "drop" to $4.44, $5.78 & $7.11 respectively
Keep checking your locals... HD, Lowes, WalMart for us aroond here. A buddy of mine and I have bought a pallet the last 2 years and split it. I think it was aboot a lil less than $5 a 15-16 lb bag the past few years, or in that ball park anyway
Home depot has theirs,Limit of 5 though,I'll get my wife to pick up 5 also
