Default Yet another Weber rotissed pork loinage!!
I hope you folks don't get tired of these things, I know I don't! This one I injected with a mix of apple juice and worchy sauce, then hunkified it and let it sit in the fridge for aboot 6 hours.



I fired up the Weber Performer with RO lump and a chunk of pecan. I placed a pan directly in the middle under the loin, and I stacked coals on either side of the pan. Got her rocking at 350-375 and installed the meat.




Now she's rockin'!!


Now for the glaze. This was a mix of honey, Tiger sauce, Sriracha... Sweet with a little heat!


And we're done! I pulled it at 145 internal...


After a 15 minute rest, here's the outcome...




Let's eat!! Cilantro lime Jasmine rice, with a fresh garden salad...
