    Smoke preference:Combination of Charcoal, Hickory, Apple, Cherry & Pecan wood.

                        just an add-in.

                        If you don't like hot stuff you can switch the sricha for lea&perrins (worcester sauce) and use fresh ginger instead of dried, it's just a good

                          Just another shameless bump for Erain's recipe. Making it tonight, I cut sriracha in half for kids. This stuff is great my sister is going to be mad she didn't get an invite. Newbies give this a try, it's better than a Chinese restaurant.
