I usually make these noodles with Teriyaki, but I decided to do something different. I found this recipe for a Thai Spicy Sweet Chili Sauce that sounded good.

2 skewers of 10 count shrimp and 1 skewer of 15 count shrimp seasoned with a mix of garlic, lime, CBP, Sea Salt, and ginger
Lo Mein noodles
Keg heating up using RO lump and grapefruit wood
Shrimp that were lightly basted with the chili sauce going onto the Keg
Almost ready
Shrimp served on a bed of the noodles with the Thai spicy sweet chili sauce
Closer look
Sauce was good, but could use a couple tweaks to make it better. JMO
Thanks for lookin'
