  • Lamb Chops(mini T-Bones) on the Keg

Fixed this for dinner the other night. I know a lot of people don't care for lamb or can't get good lamb where they live, but it's one of our favorites.

Grilled lamb chops(mini T-Bones), roasted red potatoes, and yellow squash & sweet onion sauteed in butter & minced garlic

Heating up the Keg using RO lump and pear wood

Thick cut lamb chops seasoned and ready to go

    Red potatoes sliced and seasoned

    Chops going on the Keg

    Almost done

Chops served with roasted potatoes and sauteed yellow squash & onions

This is one of our favorite meals. Mmmm good

    Thanks for lookin'
    Jim

I can only get them in Omaha, 60 miles away, and I usually pick up a pack when we go there. Love them! Best cut of meat IMO. Yours look great those little morsels of heaven are the reason I want to get a couple sheep.

Yeah, it's a shame more places don't carry them at a reasonable price.

That's a shame. I can get them here for around $5-$6 a pound. Not cheap but not too out of bounds when compared to beef prices.

Like I said it's a shame more places don't have them.

I wonder if stores are afraid they won't sell ??
