Okay give me a break this is my first time doing brats my linking needs some work half of this batch I cold smoked and yes I used cure on the whole batch two and a half teaspoons for all 12 and a half pounds of meat should be tasty haven't got a try yet and I also added high temp lava Jack cheese
The last picture is a picture of it being smoked I smoked it for approximately 4 hours using cherry pellets no heat at this time these will still need to be fully cooked before eating
