its not hard at all,i got the idea from a friend of mine who was in the Marines,who tried it in Japan and asked me if i had ever heard of it.All you do is make your rice normally and the make your meat and taco seasoning ,deep fry a tortilla place ricebed on top then fix up with regular taco fixings top with salsa and there you have it,i added my own touch by adding the deep fried tortilla.
