    I saw it live up here. It was terrible, he was doing 89mph and flipped up and over a turn and hit a steel pole. They say it's the fastest Luge track ever... God bless him...

        Trucking it in as we speak Bud. Mild winter in Vancouver (Go figure) But they got it covered. I'll be there in April for work and enjoy Granville Island again. Great place...

          Passed thru that area as a kid headed to alaska....Just a beauty eh!!!!

                        nope we grew up around 7 mile and Gratiot. Nope he is pretty much winding down his career, maybe a year or two left. I used to get great tix from one of my former employers, the family has been on the glass right next to the wings bench since the days at the Olympia. He has gotten stingy with them lately though.

                            Hadda laugh...at the Wings game tonight they honored all the players going to Vancouver. The players with kids got to bring them out on the ice- Brian Rafalski's (US) boy...geez maybe 6 or so...blazes out and snows to a halt next to the old man...chip off the ole block that boy!

                            Wings have 4- possibly 5! players playing for Sweden... sheesh.
