  • Peanut Butter fudge

    Well I can tell Christmas is getting close. Mrs. Vol-b-q made some peanut butter fudge this morning. It's her Grandmother's recipe and she only makes it this time of year. So here we go I'll post a final pic as soon as it sts up. Also I've put the recipe in if anyone wants it. Merry Christmas everyone

            looks good

            But these days I just use bears recipe (very slightly modified).

            4oz bar of plain chocolate
            4oz bar white chocolate
            4oz peanut butter - smooth or crunchy (we prefer crunchy)

            stick it all in a bowl (I use a rectangular silicon loaf mould and just make a slab i cut into squares) microwave till it's all melted together and stir, I use a chopstick.
            Put somewhere cold.
            Wait about an hour till it sets. Eat
            Job done

            Bear makes individual patties in papers. I feel this is too complicated lol
