        Seasoned the drum today and also did some turkey burgers as well. I gotta say, I'm beyond happy and impressed with how efficient of a smoker the UDS is. Filled my coal basket less than 1/3 full. I dropped the coal basket in at around 1130am and by 7pm when I capped everything off, there was still more than half of what I put in there.
