  • Sweet Pepper Poppers w/ Meatballs and Pork Tenderloin Breakfast

I love ABTs with jalapenos, but I also like using sweet peppers from time to time. Used some leftover meatballs and crumbled up a few and mixed with cream cheese. Filled 'em and then Mad Hunky, wrapped in bacon and then more Mad Hunky. Also smoked a couple pork tenderloins, made a pasta salad and cooked some green beans in the DO. No plated pics. Used the leftover tenderloin for breakfast and made a fried egg, tenderloin and cheese sandwich. Good stuff!

Meatballs with melted cheese and a little sauce still on them.

Took these to about 135 and then let them rest for about 30 minutes.

    Cold slices

    Breakfast

    Thanks for looking!
    Becky

I love any kind of tenderloin sandwich. Can't wait for some fresh tomatoes for a TLT...tenderloin, lettuce and tomato...that is one of my favorites!! Simple and good.
