I don't know about leftovers with your Butt..... The Mad Hunky works in very mysterious ways..... ..... Butt, if ya do..... Then we got ya covered .... Most of these I have done before, with the exception of Grues Hash Pipe breakfast that looks awesome & ChiSoxJim's dumplings, spring rolls & egg rolls.... Just good to throw a topic out their for further discussion.... Did not see BBQ pulled pork pizza yet, or did I miss it....

Well I have a 10 pounder and just my family, no guests. I bought it anticipating left overs. I don't usually do left over anything but for the smoked there is an exception!

PP!! Great to mix with scrambled eggs, fried potatoes and onions, chopped up peppers, cheese, bacon, and whatever else you can think of. They call it a 'garbage skillet breakfast" in the local restaurants around here.

Pulled pork pizza with vinegar based or bbq sauce.

You could make pork stroganoff with a creamy sauce served over noodles.

How about adding it to veggie fried rice with a garlic chili sauce.
