  • Brisket hash.

Did a 19 LB packer last weekend on the WSM. Made burnt ends for Eagles/Vikings. No pics unfortunately.
Took some leftover flat and made some hash today. Used some leftover potatoes, brisket, cut up some onions and a yellow pepper. Added a couple more items and voila, brisket hash.
This'll make some excellent lunches this week at work.
    Attached Files
Lang 36 Patio, a few Webers, 2 Eggs, plenty of gadgets and a MES 40 Gen 2.5 electric for bacon and sausage.
My best asset however is the inspiration from the members on this forum.

Sure looks good from here Jim. Wouldn't bother me to have that a couple times a week.

What an ootstanding breakfast! Love making it also, with any leftover meat. Keeps the kids and me fueled up all day.

          GO EAGLES!
