  • Reheating

I have 1 lb of brisket and 2-3 pounds of Pulled Pork that my son needs to reheat on Thursday for his class at school. These are already vacuum bagged and will be thawed out. What time and temperature should I suggest for him to reheat it at?

Not really, it's going to be served in the classroom during class. He wants to go to class and set it up early then open the bags to serve.

Can you boil at home and do the cooler trick? How long will he have to wait to serve?

Sous vide is great for reheat. Boil it in the bag.

All the suggestion are great guys and would work fine if he wasn't on crutches. That's why I asked the original question.

Is what I asked feedable? I feel it will be the simplest solution for him and his roommate that has graciously offered to help.

Awww Jeeze... did not realize the crutch situation. Sorry to hear that. Still, the bag in hot water is the best deal. He's got a helper, God bless, so I'd work from there.
