I saw something similar that someone here posted so I tried something similar. I didn't go to it(the post) for reference so it is likely only similar in that I used a muffin pan I will try this again but next time do a little research to have a more easily transfered product. It was a tad messy coming out of the pan, nothing terrible, just didn't hold together well.
So I used left over turkey and mixed with a little left over gravy, filled the muffin pan cups about 1/2 way with it.
I topped 6 with an egg and 6 with left over sweet potato.
Then cooked in the oven until the eggs were cooked
I then toasted bread and cut circle out of them
When all was done I put the "muffins" on the toast pieces and covered them with MORE left over gravy.
Here are 2 of 3 boys. Goofy there is 7 years old and the foot is 3 years old. He likes to push that chest he is standing ALL OVER THE HOUSE. I have had it since I was little guy, surprised it is holding up to these boys!
They might be ugly but even I was surprised at how good they came out.
