  • BBQ Pulled Pork Pizza

Did a pulled pork pizza to night with a kick!

For the sauce I used a 50/50 mix of Ranch dressing and Genslinger's Relish..

Piled on the cheese, pork and onions and more cheese and into the oven it went.

After about 15 minutes did a spiral of Blues Hog Sauce and cooked for 10 more minutes. Here it is out of the oven!

    A nice starter slice!

    A bit closer....

Oh man I tell you what that relish really added some flavor to this pizza! Just the right amount of kick, and the Blues Hog on this took it over the top!! That is some good stuff I tell ya! I just love any type of BBQ pizza!

Thanks for viewing and have a great night!!

It is so good... a few tips....

Make your dough atleast 24 hours in advance and do a slow cool rise in the frig...

Use block mozzarella..shed yourself... it is way better than that powder coated pre-shedded stuff if you ask me... I generally like a bit of cheddar in this but I was out...

Also if you have a pizza stone let it get HOT prior to using.. if not stone then dont worry about it!

I like ranch sauce for BBQ pizza... I think it is just yummy.. and BBQ sauce on top... but that is me.. I stole this from a pizza joint in our area... a mom and pop place that has taken off....

Any way good luck if you have any questions feel free to ask!
