  • A-MAZE-N Cold Smoked Pepper Jack, Tillamook Cheddar & Pistachios

    Apple/Hickory pellet mix in the tube. Threw in a dish full of SnP Pistachios, gonna pull after 1.5 hour, let cheese go 3-4 hours. 42* here, not raining, beers on with the oldest kiddo and Olympics on.

    Not a dang thing in the world wrong with that. Gotta love the Tillamook cheddar! I really enjoy smoking their aged white cheddar!

        Yep, that'll work.
        Gonna have to do some cheese before long.
        Lang 36 Patio, a few Webers, 2 Eggs, plenty of gadgets and a MES 40 Gen 2.5 electric for bacon and sausage.
        My best asset however is the inspiration from the members on this forum.
