If you have a Publix near you, they have Fresh Sockeye Salmon, wild caught for 9.99lb on special. We don't get fresh salmon here (FL) that often so, two fillets in the cooler for Sat,s smokin.

I have to confess, I've never see a live salmon and don't know the difference a Sockeye and a Coho or any other. But I like um as long as they're wild caught.Mark
