You guys are going to love your A-Maze-N-Pellet-Smokers. I have salmon set to go on today with my pellet smoker and cheese to go on with my dust smoker in a different smoker. You may have to use it a time or two to figure out where it works best in your smoker but once you get it dialed in its all smooth sailing from there on. And if you have any questions/issues Todd has always been more than helpful.

He has done very well by me, I have the original dust burner and the new pellet burner. Both work great! Customer service has been great with both.

think if you had one, you would find room for it in your arsenal. kind of fit right in with your ease of use/time constraints tending, right up your alley...

same here Mark, got both thanks to Todd. recently reordered dust and pellets, at first i thought he made a mistake on the bill but was free shipping even over a certain amount. anyone thinking, highly recomend either unit. thinking the pellet unit is the way to go. and looking for Xmas gifts for friends and other family interested in smoking, great idea here.
