Default Pork steaks and some chicken drums

Had a busy Saturday and not too much time to smoke, so did some pork steaks for dinner, and some drums for Sunday. Did kind of a home made jerk sauce that had a nice flavor but could have used a bit more heat. Did them on the Yoder with the A-maze-N tube for some extra smoke flavor. The pork steaks were some of the best I've ever had, almost had a kind of bacon flavor.

Thanks for looking!

Wow! That meal looks incredible. Awesome pics of those legs and pork steaks with the corn and a frosty mug...I'm giving up some for an excellent post of deliciousness.

Yes... indeed.. the smoke ring on thinner cuts... DOES have a flavor... Hammy/bacon... coincidence? I don't think so.

Nice meal!
