Ok decided today to make some moinkish balls. and ABT’s. I used 2 lbs of ground brisket and some homemade English banger sausage for the balls. Cooked up some bacon for the cream cheese filler for the ABT’s. Stuffed some of the moink balls with pickled jalaps and others with little smokies. The pics explain most everything else…..It has been to long since I have made these…man why did I ever quit. Thanks for lookin

just about done, hit them with a little head country bbq sauce and some mad hunky at the beginning.
