Im looking for someone in my round about area to hook up with and school me on doing the circuit. never done any kind of cook offs but would like to get my feet wet. Gimmee a shout if you fit the bill and would like a hand in return for some experience points.

Doing the Winterhaven contest on the 6th and 7th. Don't need a hand really.......unless you want to wash dishes ;);):D, but you are more than welcome to come hang out for the duration if you would like. Short of handing out rub,sauce,and injection recipes I will answer any questions you have to the best of my ability. Still trying to figure this stuff out myself as well.

True, but at least they have a chance to get out of town before it hits. Up North you guys sit through 4 months of cold and wind chills in the teens. Brrrr. Its 22* here at the house this morning and Im iced in. Cant get to work till sometime around noon if then.
