    Tried out the new UDS

    Haven't been on here for a few months, busy moving from KY to NM, but still been smoking, wife wants at least 2 chickens a week now. Took a little time to build a UDS for my brother n law at had to try it out, you have to test them you know, so, I seasoned it with a fattie with portabla mushrooms, onions, swiss and provalone chees, and a pan of wicked baked beans. It passed the test, everything turned out great.

          Nice drum and I bet the fatty and beans were amazing! Good luck to y'all in NM!! Did you sell your farm in Kentucky?

              We did, only bought there to keep from paying rent and be able to raise cattle

              We're renting though in NM, it will be eaiser to leave
