  • Hello from lancaster ontario

    Hello all:

I have been really doing bbq for about 10 years now. Got a charcoal kettle about 5 years ago, and got my small water smoker last year.Love to cook on all of them.

I cook chicken, beef, fish and veggies. I do a bit of pork.

I have been doing research on pellet smokers, and cold smoking. I would also love to have a small smokehouse someday.

      Howdy doo, Kevin.
You've found a good place to spend some time. I certainly learn a lot. I share, but am usually in awe of what another members contribute. Smoke 'em if you got 'em.
