  • $3.98 A lb Ribeye Dinner On A Smokey Joe

Had not bought a Weber in a LONG thyme Found a Smokey Joe with the compact chimney 2 mins from me house, and a Weber Q with cart, cover, propane canisters, cover and adapter hose for 20# tanks 20 mins from house. Already had a Weber Q for probably close to 20 years but loaned it to wife units girlfriend 5 years ago and have not seen it since. And I was bored and did not want to clean the garage with the wife So, I come home with a couple new to me grills in the span of aboot an hour for $85 ....

Ribeyes seasoned with Killer Hogs Steak Rub and cooked on the SJ with Kingsford. Turned oot really good overall, and think the rub worked well and did not overpower the beef. Had sautéed butter and Worcestershire Crimini mushrooms, Pear Gorgonzola salad, fries and bread. OH, and a brewsky whilst watching the Chiefs vs Chargers game.

    GO HAWKS!

You need to get bigger plates so you don't have to put your salad on top of your steak...
Looks awesome...I want that for breakfast

Looks amazing, I love using my smoky Joe when I'm just doing a few steaks. And for some reason carne Asada tastes best off the smoky Joe

Emmit!!! My Smokey Joe needs some cleaning up & some fixin'... I loved using that lil dude for camping etc... It's an older one I got from my Dad & one of the legs has rusted through the pan. Methinks I can repair it with some fender washers.

Those ribeye snakes look mighty tasty...
Kinda looks like your Smokey Joe needs cleaning too though with all that fungus...
                            .

Not to mention the occasional campfire
