When we initially started looking at ceramics Primo's 20 year ceramic warranty seemed inferior to what a majority of the other brands offer a lifetime warranty. After cooking on them I realize 20 years is a strong warranty also.

And they point out that there really is no such thing as a lifetime warranty. In their warranty statement they claim it's up to the manufacturer to determine what a lifetime is, therefore they say it's a lifetime warranty with 20 years on the ceramic. I'm not a lawyer, but that was news to me and interesting that they at least set a long definitive period of time, whereas others say lifetime but could leave you with no real warranty after just 10 years if you called and they it's passed its expected lifetime.
