Hello everyone, I've been smoking for about a year. Started right when I turned 21.
I am using probably one of the most crappiest smokers.
This think leaks like no other.
it's not to hard to keep the temp under control.

I'm actually thinking about retiring the ol smoker and buying a brinkmann vertical with offset firebox.
On a side note I'm building a vertical smoker also. these are two food warming carts. My job was throwing these away because of age. I'm going to stack them and keep the two doors. With this one also I'm going to add a offset firebox.

I hope to learn alot more and pick up new tricks and tips. Thanks.
    Caleb.
