    Holy Brisket Brotherhood..... I missed this one over the weekend.... What a great smoke...... I am dealing when I re-load..... I want some (ALL) of those burnt ends also...

        Great pictures. Thanks for sharing. Burnt ends hmm , I just slice em straight off the smoker and add no sauce. Everyone does things a little differently. I would NOT turn yours down as I am sure they are great .
